Sports Ladder
We will be following the National Yo-Yo guidelines and trick list for this division. They can be found here:

Free Style
There will be three major divisions; 1A, 5A and Open. Open includes all divisions excluding 1A and 5A. Free Style will be 2 minutes and will, with the exception of time, follow the regulations for the National Yo-Yo Contest. They can be found here:
